Beate Hulbeck was a German born artist active in the Dada movement who was married to Dr. Richard Hulsenbeck, one of the founders of the Dada Movement. 

Beate Hulbeck is best known for her accomplished unique collages which she created from a variety of sources, including pieces of her own watercolors, silk paper, multicolor paper and found elements that she would adeptly place on watercolor paper. 

Beate Hulbeck is an underrated and accomplished female Dada artist whose artwork has a similarity to Kurt Schwitters.
