Dispatch and Shipping Methods
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. dispatches all works within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.

Domestic Shipping:
In the United States, items are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery with signature confirmation for added security.

International Shipping:
For overseas orders, items are dispatched via FedEx International Economy with signature confirmation.

Taxes & Duties:
Buyers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by the destination country, which are charged forward by the carrier.

Professional Packing and Insurance
All works sold are professionally packed and insured by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. during transit. A FedEx tracking number is emailed to buyers at the time of dispatch. To ensure safe and efficient delivery, buyers must provide a valid phone number for inclusion on the FedEx airway bill.

Transit Insurance Coverage
In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or non-delivery, all purchases are fully covered by transit insurance from the time of dispatch until delivery confirmation with the buyer's signature. Once delivery is confirmed by FedEx, the item is no longer insured and becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection and Claims Process
Buyers must thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt from FedEx. If damage occurs during transit

  • Immediate Notification:
    Contact Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. by telephone at 212-757-8012 within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Retain Packing Materials:
    Preserve all original packing materials.

  • Document the Damage:
    Send detailed photographs of the purported damage and detailed photographs of the packing materials to info@josephklevenefineartltd.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours and/or retain the original packing materials forfeits the ability to request resolution or credit.
