Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@josephklevenefineartltd.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the packaging and the incorrect item.

Damaged item
Claims for transit-related damage should be directed through the purchaser’s insurance provider, as Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. does not provide transit insurance coverage. You should retrain the original packaging and the damaged item and take photographs of the damage as your insurance broker will want to see photographs of the packaging and the respective damage.
