Authenticity Guarantee
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. guarantees the authenticity of all fine art and items offered for sale. All works are subject to prior sale and availability without notice.
Domestic Shipping
In the United States, all works are are dispatched via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.
International Shipping
For overseas shipments, all works are dispatched via FedEx International Economy with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.
All Works Professionally Packed
All works are professionally packed for dispatch within one business day of purchase.
Tracking Number
A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch so you can monitor your shipment's journey in real time. We request that all purchasers include a phone number for use on the Airway Bill.
Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes mandated by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery. Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. has no control over and/or prior knowledge of these charges.
Transit Insurance
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. does not provide transit insurance coverage for shipments. Purchasers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for all purchases during transit.
Damaged in Transit
Claims for transit-related damage should be directed through the purchaser’s insurance provider as Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. does not provide transit insurance coverage. You should retain all materials including the original packing in the event your purchase is damaged in transit as your insurance broker will want to see photographs of the original packaging and the respective damage.
Not As Described/Incorrect Item
In the unlikely event you receive a not as described or incorrect item, please contact us at info@josephklevenefineartltd.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the incorrect item. You should also retain the original packaging materials. Failure to notify us within 24 hours and/or retain packing materials may prevent us from assisting you with your claim.
Copyright Not Transferred
The copyright of all works of art offered and sold remain with the respective artist and/or estate. Purchasing a work of art does not transfer any rights to current or future copyright.
