Authenticity Guarantee

Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. guarantees the authenticity of all fine art and items offered for sale. All works are subject to prior sale and availability without notice.

Shipping & Dispatch

Domestic Shipping:
In the United States, all works are dispatched via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.

International Shipping:
For overseas shipments, all works are dispatched via FedEx International Economy with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.

Professional Packing & Tracking:
All works are professionally packed, and a tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. We request that all purchasers include a phone number for use on the FedEx airway bill.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes mandated by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery. Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. has no control over or prior knowledge of these charges.

Transit Insurance

Coverage:
All works of art sold are fully insured during transit from dispatch until receipt from FedEx. In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or non-delivery, transit insurance will cover the item door-to-door.

Post-Delivery Liability:
Once the work of art has been delivered and received, it is no longer insured by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. and becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection & Claims

Buyers must thoroughly inspect all works of art upon receipt from FedEx.

If the item is damaged during transit:

• Notify Us:
  Contact Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. by telephone at: 212-757-8012 within 24 hours of receipt.
  
  
• Retain Materials:
  Retain all packing materials.
  
  
• Provide Evidence:
  Forward detailed photographs of the packing materials and photographs documenting the purported damage.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours and/or retain packing materials may prevent us from assisting you with your claim.

Copyright Notice

The copyrights of all works of art offered and sold remain with the respective artist or estate. Purchasing a work of art does not transfer any rights to current or future copyright.
