Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
After you have completed the purchase and made payment for an item, the item cannot be returned to the Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. Store. If you have concerns regarding authenticity of the item, and successfully raise a claim with us, we will refund you the purchase price you paid for the item. Please refer to our Conditions of Returns for more information.

Conditions for Returns
All sales are final. No refunds, exchange or returns will be accepted, unless the purchased item is proven defective upon receipt or materially different from its description. In the unlikely event that the item is not as described, it must be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and, if framed, in the original frame.
  • The original packaging must be included.
  • The original receipt is required.
  • We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your purchase if the purchased item is proven defective upon receipt or materially different from its description.

Return Process
If your return is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label via email along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the item thoroughly. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and take corrective action.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
